Ortivus shares have been listed on the Nordic Exchange since January 2, 1997. The share capital is SEK 103,540,940. Share capital is divided between class A and class B shares. The number of shares outstanding is 20,708,188 of which class A amount to 1,108,455 and class B to 19,599,733. Every class A share carries 10 votes, and every class B share carries one vote. There are approximately 2.700 shareholders, of which class A shareholders amount to approximately 143.
